The present article addresses the quality of urban life in the collective living from the current European cities. Starting from the 21st century comfort needs of families and evaluating the typologies of buildings, neighborhoods and cities used today, we can say that the thinking and the way of being of human is positively and negatively alike influenced. The society is in continuous evolution and for any problem that appears, a solution can be found. Taking the right decisions followed by the right implementation process, the next generations will be able to beneficiate of improved conditions for collective housings.
